Condition: Super rare limited edition square shaped picture disc record. Bally-Midway printed on bottom or record. Vinyl has a drill hole on top corner. This denotes a cutout or price drop from the record maker. It does not effect playback as it is in the plain black area and NOT the record grooves. The image seems to have some foxing/shadows around edges. Perhaps how it was made? FYI: These picture disc records never sounded that great compared to 12" vinyl. Buy it as a collectible item. Comes in the original plastic sleeve with hype sticker showing Pac-Man and product information. The plastic due to old age has some tears on seams and creases to fold over flap in back. Oversized new clear inner and outer plastic sleeves are provided. See the photos
